Pauline Scholey

KCAI, ABIPDT, City & Guilds NPTC

Pauline has been running dog training classes since 1996 and has lived with dogs her whole life, having owned five – 4 Golden Retrievers from puppies and a German Shepherd whom she rescued when he was 6 months old. She was the rehoming Dog Officer for a local registered animal charity for seven years. Her previous dogs passed their Gold Certificates in The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme tests and Teds became a PAT Dog (Pets as Therapy). She is very proud of her current Golden Retriever, Byron, who is such a great companion, full of fun and often accompanies her around her local golf course where his behaviour is much admired. He has passed his Gold Certificate with The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme. Pauline’s ambition is to help others to have a well-behaved dog just like “Byron” who is a pleasure to own.

Pauline runs classes ranging from puppies through to advanced pet dog training. She makes home visits for one-to-one training. She is a Kennel Club Accredited Instructor in Companion Dog training, a Member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and has been awarded her City & Guilds NPTC Certificate.
