Pauline Scholey – KCAI, ABIPDT, City & Guilds NPTC
Pauline ScholeyPauline has been running dog training classes since 1996. She has lived with dogs all her life and has owned five dogs of her own – 4 golden retrievers from puppies and a German Shepherd dog whom she rescued when he was 6 months old. She was the Re-homing Dog Officer for a local registered animal charity for seven years. Her previous dogs have passed their Gold certificates in the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme tests and Teds became a PAT Dog (Pets as Therapy). Her current Golden Retriever, Byron, is now 5 years old - he has passed his Gold certificate with the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme. Pauline's ambition is to help others to have a well behaved dog just like "Byron" who is a pleasure to own.

Pauline runs classes ranging from puppies through to advanced pet dog training and also makes home visits for one-to-one training. She is a Kennel Club Accredited Instructor in Companion Dog training, a Member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and has recently been awarded her City & Guilds NPTC certificate. She carries full professional indemnity insurance.

John Kirby
John KirbyJohn has successfully completed the training and assessment course with the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers. He has been with me at Cobham Dog Training Club for the past 7 years taking both Beginner and Intermediate courses. He has been a dog handler for the last 12 years and is currently 'owned' by his family dogs, a Boxer and a rather large Bull-x-breed.

John is a company director, but has a real passion for teaching and training dogs which means it has become much more than a past-time. He hopes that his enthusiasm and passion for teaching comes through in his lessons, either in the class environment or privately.
